The ministry acknowledged that 15 out of 19 sorties crossed the median line and entered Taiwan’s northern, central and southwestern Air Defence Identification Zone (ADIZ).
In a put up on X, the MND stated, “19 PLA plane, 7 PLAN vessels and a pair of official ships working round Taiwan had been detected up till 6 a.m. (UTC+8) as we speak. 15 out of 19 sorties crossed the median line and entered Taiwan’s northern, central and southwestern ADIZ.
