Kolkata-bound Alliance Air flight makes emergency touchdown at Guwahati after struggling technical snag

Alliance Air flight 9I756, working on the Guwahati-Kolkata route, on Wednesday made mergency touchdown at Guwahari airport after encountering a technical situation mid-air. As a precautionary measure and in adherence to straightforward security protocols, the plane landed at Guwahati Airport. “All passengers had been deboarded safely, and crucial preparations had been made. An inside investigation is presently underway to establish the reason for the problem,” Alliance Air stated in an announcement.

Passengers, crew members had been protected, say officers

A LGBI Airport spokesperson stated in an announcement that each one passengers and crew members had been protected, and had been supplied with crucial assist.

Flight took off from Guwahati at 1.09 pm

An airport supply instructed PTI that the flight had taken off from Guwahati at 1.09 pm for its journey to Kolkata.

The spokesperson stated that the flight landed on the airport safely at 2.27 pm and the emergency state of affairs was withdrawn at 2.40 pm.

“Passengers had been safely deboarded and assisted by terminal staffers. Whereas the airline coordinated different onward journey for the passengers, LGBIA’s terminal operations crew remained on standby to offer all crucial assist,” she added.

The assertion claimed that there was no influence on airport operations as a result of incident.
