The 2025 version of the Indian Premier League (IPL) will resume on Could 17 with the match between Royal Challengers Bengaluru (RCB) and Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) on the Chinnaswamy Stadium in Bengaluru. The remaining matches might be performed at six venues, with the playoffs set to start on Could 29. The ultimate will happen on June 3 even because the venues for the playoffs are but to be finalised. IPL, in its assertion, confirmed that the choice to renew IPL 2025 has been taken after ‘intensive consultations with authorities and safety businesses.’
The revised IPL schedule has two double-headers on Could 18 and 25, whereas the six venues that may host the remaining 13 matches of the league stage are – Bengaluru, Jaipur, Delhi, Lucknow, Mumbai and Ahmedabad. Other than Delhi Capitals’ residence recreation, the Arun Jaitley Stadium in Delhi will host two impartial matches – CSK vs RR and SRH vs KKR.
Even the Sawai Mansingh Stadium in Jaipur will host two extra matches than initially allotted. Furthermore, the match between Punjab Kings and Delhi Capitals in Dharamsala that was referred to as off halfway, might be performed once more and has been rescheduled to Could 24 in Jaipur.
