The Asian Hockey Federation (AHF) on Tuesday introduced the schedule for the Hockey Asia Cup 2025, as Pakistan have formally pulled out of the event, which can be performed in Bihar from August 29 to September 7. Bangladesh have come instead of Pakistan, whereas Kazakhstan changed Oman within the eight-team occasion. 

Hosts India are positioned in Pool A alongside China, Japan and Kazakhstan, whereas Pool B options defending champions Korea, Malaysia, Chinese language Taipei and Bangladesh. The winner of the event will qualify for the 2026 World Cup in Belgium and the Netherlands.

India to face China in opener, test event’s schedule
