NEW DELHI: An Indigo airplane flying from Mumbai sustained harm on account of a chook strike on the runway at Jolly Grant Airport, positioned close to Rishikesh in Dehradun, Uttarakhand. All 186 passengers aboard remained unhurt throughout the incident.The occasion came about at 6.45 pm when the nostril of Indigo flight IGO 5032 collided with a chook on the runway, as reported by PTI.Airport personnel carried out a complete inspection and security evaluation of the runway following the incident.(Extra particulars to comply with)
