MANGALURU/BENGALURU: A BJP delegation visited Dharmasthala temple in Karnataka’s Dakshina Kannada district Sunday and expressed solidarity with the temple authorities amid what it referred to as a “smear marketing campaign” in opposition to Shri Manjunatha Swamy temple following claims by an nameless person who he was compelled to bury 1000’s of our bodies within the Dharmasthala space. BJP’s R Ashoka alleged that Siddaramaiah was instigating unrest in opposition to Dharmasthala and claimed that “city naxals” and the “anti-Hindu Tipu gang” had been behind the conspiracy.The delegation, led by BJP state unit chief B Y Vijayendra, met Dharmadhikari D Veerendra Heggade and slammed the Congress govt for failing to nip the smear marketing campaign within the bud.
