NEW DELHI: Assam chief ministerHimanta Biswa Sarma on Wednesday invoked the Ramayana throughout a marketing campaign rally in poll-bound Bihar, drawing a parallel between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Lord Ram and his brother Laxman.
