Three boys drowned whereas swimming in Matsyagedda at Pedabayalu mandal in Alluri Sitharama Raju (ASR) district on Sunday (April 12, 2026), police stated.
The deceased had been recognized as Arshit, 11, and Koda Praveen, 10, from GK Veedhi, and Pangi Bablu, 10, from Panneda in Pedabayalu mandal. All three had been learning on the higher main stage within the Authorities Tribal Welfare Boys Residential College at Panneda in Pedabayalu.
