The Wire chosen for media award


Digital media group The Wire has been chosen for the fifth N. Rajesh Memorial Media Award, instituted by the Madhyamam Journalists’ Union (MJU) in reminiscence of veteran journalist and former Kerala Union of Working Journalists (KUWJ) chief N. Rajesh. MJU office-bearers mentioned in a launch in Kozhikode lately that the award, carrying a handbag of ₹25,000 and a plaque, could be introduced to MK Venu, founding editor, The Wirein Kozhikode on October 21.
