Born in Agadi village of Haveri district in 1924, Mr. Desai was a scholar of artwork educator GS Dandavatimath and a graduate of Sir Jamsetjee Jeejeebhoy College of Artwork, Mumbai. His work of Swami Vivekananda and Vishvavyapi Ganesha, are exhibited all over the world.
