A 61-year-old man was arrested by the Kothamangalam police on Wednesday for allegedly murdering a 50-year-old good friend by putting him on the pinnacle with a weapon at Varappetti, close to Kothamangalam. The arrested is Francis of Parayampady, Varappetti.
The sufferer, Sijo, 50, of Erambra, was discovered useless within the bed room of Francis home. The police launched an investigation after a neighbor of Francis reported the incident.
The Kothamangalam police registered a homicide case in opposition to Francis underneath Part 103(1) of the Bharatiya Nyay Sanhitha.
