The police on Sunday (October 19) arrested a laborer for allegedly killing one other laborer with a brush cutter at Charankavu close to Manjeri. The sufferer, Praveen, 35, of Chathangotupuram, was reportedly attacked by Moideenkutty, 40, of Charankavu, who slit his throat with the software at a bus cease within the space.
