Lorry house owners quickly name off proposed strike following talks with authorities in AP


Leaders of the Andhra Pradesh Lorry House owners’ Affiliation (APLOA) have quickly postponed their proposed strike which was to start from Tuesday midnight.

In an announcement, the affiliation’s common secretary, YV Eswara Rao, stated that the State authorities had responded positively by assuring them that the present automobile health charges can be stored on maintain. He stated that the federal government officers sought 4 days’ time and requested the affiliation leaders to cooperate within the matter. “Following talks with the officers, now we have quickly postponed the proposed strike,” he stated.

The APLOA has been demanding a roll-back of the hike in health check charge. It had threatened to halt transportation of products from railway sheds and shipyards throughout the State from Tuesday midnight (December 9).
