The Left Democratic Entrance (LDF) introduced its candidates for the Palakkad district panchayat right here on Thursday. Within the 31-division district panchayat, CPI(M) will contest in 22 seats, CPI 5 seats, Janata Dal (S) two seats, and NCP and Kerala Congress (M) one seat every, stated CPI(M) district secretary EN Suresh Babu.
The next are the candidates: Sudarshan Grasp (Alanallur), Priya Vijayakumar (Thenkara), VM Latheef (Attappady), Prameela C. Rajagopal (Kadambazhipuram), PR Sobhana (Kongad), Shahana Instructor (Parali), Sobhana (Puthuppariyaram), SB Raju (Malampuzha), Ok. Ajeesh (Puthussery), Sindhu (Kozhipara), T. Mahesh (Meenakshipuram), MV Dhanya. (Polpully), M. Saleem (Koduvayur), Ok.N. (Vadanamkurissi), Sudheesh Kumar (Chalissery), PN Mohanan (Kappur), Rafesa Firoz (Thiruvegappura), TP Ahamed (Muthuthala), Mohammed Shaduli (Chalavara), and AK Sheeladevi (Sreekrishnapuram).
Mr. Babu expressed confidence of the LDF sweeping Palakkad in view of the event work accomplished by the outgoing district panchayat council.
