KOLKATA: A row erupted Saturday after a viral video allegedly confirmed an EC official for Panihati constituency on Kolkata’s outskirts getting ready BJP marketing campaign materials, prompting TMC to demand his elimination and authorized motion earlier than elections.Trinamool lodged a grievance with the state’s chief electoral officer (CEO) in opposition to sector officer Atanu Chakraborty, accusing him of violating norms and compromising neutrality required of election workers.
