The Cyberabad Police on Wednesday issued a notification inviting on-line functions from merchants looking for non permanent licenses to promote firecrackers for Diwali competition.
The licenses can be granted beneath the Explosives Act, 1884, and the Explosives Guidelines, 1983 (as amended in 2008), stated the notification issued by Cyberabad Police Commissioner Avinash Mohanty.
Candidates intending to own and promote firecrackers throughout the jurisdiction of the commissionerate on a short lived foundation should get hold of permission from the Deputy Commissioner of Police of their respective zone. Any violation of the foundations or unauthorized sale of explosives will appeal to penal motion as per provisions of the Act.
Functions should be submitted on-line at cybpms.telangana.gov.in or www.cyberabadpolice.gov.in on or earlier than October 16. Authorities stated functions submitted after deadline won’t be accepted.
