Bihar Meeting election LIVE: Over 1,250 file nominations for 1st section of polls; NDA assured, INDIA bloc in disarray


Underneath the seat sharing preparations within the INDIA block, Communist Get together of India (Marxist-Leninist) (Liberation) has received 20 seats. The get together on Saturday launched the record of all 20 candidates.

Out of 20, 14 are for the primary section and the remaining six for second section. Six candidates are from Scheduled Caste (SC), one girl candidate from Digha Meeting seat.

The CPI(Marxist-Leninist) has fielded Dhananjay from Bhore seat whereas Biswanath Chaudhary from Rajgir. Compared to the 2020 election, the get together has received two new seats Rajgir and Pipra Meeting seat.

Up to now, 18 candidates have filed their nomination papers and the remaining two will file it at this time. Mehboob Alam and Anil Kumar will file the nomination from Balrampur and Pipra meeting seats respectively. As many as 10 candidates have been repeated, 4 are new faces and one candidate has been dropped.
