J&Okay Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha on Saturday devoted a memorial, museum, and library in Rajouri to honor Extra Deputy Commissioner Dr. Raj Kumar Thapa, who was killed in Pakistan shelling through the Operation Sindoor final yr.
“This memorial will encourage generations to return. He was selfless and steadfast to public welfare,” Mr. Sinha stated.
