Dairy farmers within the State are aggrieved over the shortage of consideration given to key points regarding them.
In its manifesto, the DMK has promised the farmers that the procurement value can be elevated by ₹5 per litre. However the AIADMK, the NTK, and the TVK haven’t set out their place on the problem of their manifestos, in line with MG Rajendran, normal secretary, Tamil Nadu Milk Producers’ Welfare Affiliation (TNMPWA).
