Giant cache of arms, explosives present in collapse Odisha forest

A big cache of explosives and weapons, suspected to have been hidden by Maoists, was recovered by safety forces from a collapse Odisha’s Malkangiri district on Sunday (November 16, 2025), police stated.

The seizure was made out of a hill in Dulagundi forest in Kalimela police station space by the BSF, they stated.

The arms and explosives had been detected throughout a combing operation, they added.

Among the many objects recovered had been an improvised directional mine, a pistol, 110 gelatin sticks, digital gadgets, 150 reside 7.62 mm cartridges, 170 empty firing circumstances, 10 clean rounds, two 125-decibel digital trumpets, and a sensor.
