New Delhi: 9 in 10 Indian small and medium companies (SMBs) are already investing in or planning AI adoption, with 92 per cent of them anticipating enterprise development within the subsequent 12 months, a report stated on Thursday. The report from profession portal LinkedIn analysis, commissioned by YouGov, stated that SMBs in among the quickest rising cities in India led in AI adoption reminiscent of Chandigarh (100 per cent), Jaipur (94 per cent), and Ahmedabad (94 per cent).
SMBs are “not simply hopeful however rebuilding round smarter programs, expert expertise, and trusted digital platforms,” the report talked about. SMBs in Delhi (61 per cent) and Pune (60 per cent) lead AI adoption to handle prices, whereas SMBs in Bengaluru (63 per cent) targeted on operational effectivity and people in Chennai (62 per cent) focused on constructing a talented expertise pipeline.
The hiring priorities throughout SMBs have shifted to digital literacy and AI fluency with 63 per cent of them prioritizing it. Downside‑fixing (57 per cent) and knowledge evaluation (50 per cent) scored over conventional {qualifications}.
