The continued confrontation between Union Minister for Heavy Industries and Metal HD Kumaraswamy and Deputy Chief Minister DK Shivakumar intensified on Saturday, with the previous terming the Congress authorities’s B-Khata to A-Khata conversion scheme a ‘bogus train’ and calling it ‘daylight theft’ within the guise of reform.
