The Israeli navy on Thursday boarded and diverted a number of ships of a Gaza-bound humanitarian support flotilla in worldwide waters, together with Swedish local weather activist Greta Thunberg. The operation was carried out days after the Israeli navy had warned the civilian boats.

The boats—named the Sirius, Alma, and Adara—had been intercepted as a part of the general International Sumud Flotilla making an attempt to carry meals and drugs into ravenous Gaza.
A video on X posted by the Israeli Overseas Ministry depicted Thunberg sitting on the deck of one of many ships with Israeli troopers round her. The ministry had confirmed that the activists had been being transferred safely to an Israeli port.

“Already, quite a lot of ships from the Hamas-Sumud flotilla have been efficiently intercepted and their crews are being dropped at an Israeli port. Greta and her friends are protected and sound,” the ministry said on X.
Flotilla Organisers Declare “Struggle Crime”
The flotilla, which consisted of over 40 civilian vessels, was intercepted after being requested to change course for coming too near an lively fight space and breaking a authorized blockade, the Israeli navy stated.
However organisers of the flotilla had been adamant in condemning the intervention, labeling the navy’s motion as an “unlawful interception” and a “conflict crime.”
