The US has issued a warning for its residents visiting Pakistan to keep away from sure areas and lodges in Karachi amid a terror risk report. The US Embassy stated in an announcement that its Consulate Basic Karachi obtained a report of a risk directed at high-end lodges in Karachi.
In a warning titled “Report of a risk to high-end lodges’, the US authorities stated, “The US Consulate Basic Karachi obtained a report of a risk directed at high-end lodges in Karachi. In response to such threats, the US Embassy and Consulates generally place areas similar to vacationer points of interest, lodges, markets, buying malls and eating places off-limits to official US authorities personnel.”
It additional stated that the US Consulate Basic in Karachi has quickly restricted visits by official US authorities personnel to those lodges.
It requested People to keep away from the areas and crowded locations. It requested the residents and officers to maintain a low profile and maintain a watch on their environment.
