UPSC CSE Mains 2025: Examination sample
The Civil Providers Examination follows a three-stage choice course of: Preliminary, Mains, and Interview. The Preliminary stage consists of two objective-type papers, every carrying 200 marks. Paper II (CSAT) is qualifying in nature, requiring candidates to attain a minimal of 33%. Each papers can be found in English and Hindi.
The Primary Examination consists of two qualifying papers — Paper A (Indian Language) and Paper B (English), every carrying 300 marks.
