New Delhi: Iran has exceptionally opened its airspace to facilitate the evacuation of round 1,000 Indian nationals stranded within the nation as a result of ongoing battle with Israel.
As a part of ‘Operation Sindhu’, Mahan Air has been chartered to function flights from Mashhad, with the primary flight anticipated to land in Delhi tonight, in line with stories.
This transfer comes as a reduction to Indian college students and nationals who had been going through difficulties as a result of closure of Iranian airspace.
The Indian authorities has been working intently with the Iranian authorities to make sure the secure evacuation of its residents. Earlier, the Indian Embassy in Tehran helped 110 Indian college students cross into Armenia, from the place they had been flown to New Delhi on a particular flight. The Ministry of Exterior Affairs has arrange a 24/7 management room and emergency helpline to help Indian nationals in Iran.
